remove UI for submitting images

fcgiwrap is broken and will not support file uploads as big as an image.
so, I plan to just manually add images for now. images can be displayed,
but the administrator has to add them.

1. DEADEND defeats the collaborative purpose of the site, and BACKLINK
is fairly useless without it.
2. PAGETITLE has been added, and it should be useful in cases where
REDIRECT is used heavily.
